- I just used Stop and Go this past Friday and he was punctual, friendly and professional. I asked what time did he suggest for pick up and he gave his recommendation. I have read a lot of reviews about Vince and the vast majority were pleased like myself. In regards to the young lady who had an issue with the pick up time I think you were just nervous so that made the situation worse than it was. Vince has been in this business for several years and he has provided great service every time I have used him. - Without a doubt a stroke of luck finding this shuttle service company. We wish they were local as long as we’ve been. We have never even considered using anyone else since. Drivers & those handling reservations are always pleasant. The driver has always been on time, limousines are up to date, pristinely cleaned inside and out; wiped down; not a speck of dust nor a spot on a glass to be found. Hopefully we will be blessed enough to get Vincent as we have most of the time. His delightlly pleasant demeanor makes you wonder why you aren’t as happy with being up and going (& we’re the ones headed somewhere exciting, not at work; ha). - I have been using Stop &Go exclusively for a few years now; simply put they have exceptional service! Always prompt, and have on occasion getting me out of tight spots from my end screwing up reservations For instance, I screwed up the date of my return from New Jersey to O’Hare. After figuring this out while arriving at the airport I called Vincent to let him know. He understood and quickly re-routed his associate to pick me up since he was nearby. - I had just flown in from a stressful week and was looking forward to being home. I called Vincent to let him know I had arrived a little early and he was already there. His associate was supposed to pick me up with a town car but because of delays at O'Hare he couldn't make it to Midway in time so Vincent picked me up in a party bus since he was nearby. He was incredibly kind and friendly and the vehicle was spotless! I always love using small businesses and I will continue to use him from now on for all travel to and from the airport. - My mom booked a limo coach for me and my friends to go downtown and have dinner for my 13th birthday. It was a great surprise and unexpected. The limo coach was perfect. - Great service!. Vincent was an Execellent driver. It was about 10 of us that went to ISU for a tour of the campus. On the way back he was willing to stop at a resturant so we could eat.
